New year is a day for us which is celebrated in the night of 31th of December. In Azerbaijan, Iraq etc. people do not celebrate the new year. Actually I do not know why they do not celebrate it. New year celebration nights are very entertaining; especially in foreign countries as far as I watch in television.
All people sing songs
In some districts famous singers give concerts on new year's night.
When ten seconds left to new year's first moments, whole people begin to count down from ten to one.
Each country has its own celebration styles. I hope to learn yours in this forum
